Abstract Submission:
General
Information
:
1.
All abstracts must be submitted via our online submission system. Any
abstract received by email, fax or on paper will be completely ignored.
2. All
the abstracts must be written in English.
3.Your preferred
format of presentation should be chosen while submitting the abstract although
it will not guarantee the final format of the presentation which the scientific
board will define.
4.All the
abstracts MUST BE RECEIVED no later than May, 20, 2010.
5.Notification
of acceptance will be mailed by early June, 2010.
Please read the submission instruction before you start submitting
your abstract.

Instructions :
You
are requested to enter the following data while submitting your abstract:
1.
Personal information
Your
exact personal information and contact details are required to perform your
submission and enable us contact you for further steps.
2.
Field of research
You are
requested to choose only one main field for your abstract.
(Mandatory)
Each
main field includes some auxiliary fields and you can also choose an auxiliary
field for your abstract. (Optional)
3.
Authors and Affiliations
Authors
will appear in the abstract book in the order you enter in your submission so
please list them in the right order.
By
default, the first author will be marked as the Presenting Author. You can
select a different presenting author by clicking the choice beside the author's
name.
Please
prevent repeating an affiliation which is the same for two or more authors.
4.
Presentation Preference
You
are requested to select your abstract's desired presentation format.
This will not guarantee the final status of your abstract since it will be
defined by the congress scientific board.
5.
Abstract
Body
The
body text of your abstract should contain a maximum of 500 words only
and include Objective, Material & Methods, Results and Conclusion.
You
are requested for 2-5 keywords (separated by ,).
Although
case reports and review articles will be considered by the scientific board,
authors should be aware that such abstracts will be given a low priority.
Please
note that:
You
are able to preview or edit your abstract via your personal page before you
finalize your submission in the last step.
Once you finalize your submission, you will not be able to edit your abstract
anymore. You can only delete previously submitted abstract(s) via your
personal page after finalizing your submission.
