Royan
International Twin Congress is a forum only for scientists and doctors to
exchange their knowledge and developments. So, all participants are being
appreciated for respecting the non-political atmosphere of our congress.
Language
Official
language of the congress is English and there will not be simultaneous
translation.

Royan International Twin Congress will be held in Razi Conference Center of
Iran University of Medical Sciences.
There
is high audiovisual technology and cable video system in Razi Conference Center
which makes this place suitable for such an international scientific meeting.

There

Tours
and Social Programs
The
organizing committee has arranged interesting social programs for foreign
guests to visit cultural heritage and enormous tourism resources of Iran.
Main
tour program will be on September 17-19 to Shiraz and Isfahan. In case you
cannot arrange your travel schedule in a way to attend the 3-days post congress
main tour, you can contact congress secretariat to arrange another tour for you
according to your schedule.

Travel
Grant
There
are some limited travel grants available for foreign participants especially
young scientists to support a portion of their travel expenses. To apply for
travel grant, please send a full new version of your CV to congress secretariat
via
congress@royaninstitute.org
If
your abstract is accepted for oral or poster presentation in the congress,
please mention the title of your abstract and your submission code in your
application email.
Applications
will be evaluated after deadline and you will be informed of results in late
May.

Most foreign participants will require visa to enter Iran.
Normally,
we arrange visa for our foreign guests and send it to the Iranian consulate in
their country of residence. In case you would like us to arrange your visa, you
will need to send us following documents:
1.
Copy of information page of your passport
2.
Filled visa form (you will find the original visa form in congress website)
